Betty Marie Nalley

She enjoyed crocheting, playing bingo, tending to her flowers, and having yard sales. Most of all she loved her family.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband Richard Nalley; a son, Terry Nalley; three brothers, Bobby, Billy and Jimmy Baunach; and two sisters, Joyce Sapp and Doris Mudd.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Connie McGhee, David (Lee) Nalley, and Missie (Mark) McDougle; daughter-in-law, Connie Nalley; grandchildren, Dustin (Jennifer) McGhee, Steven Nalley, Laura (Dale) Smith, Scarlett and Samantha McDougle, Lily Nalley, Jamie and Josh Claridy and CJ and Cassidy Ashbaugh; and great grandchildren, Owen and Emmett Smith, and Silas Ashbaugh.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Shepherdsville, Kentucky with entombment immediately following in the Highland Memory Gardens, in Mt. Washington, Kentucky.

Visitation will be on Friday, January 16, 2026, at Hardy Close Funeral Home, Shepherdsville, Kentucky 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., and will continue after 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, until time of Mass.
