Cox, Carol L. 71 of Shepherdsville entered eternal life May 7, 2013 at Norton Hospice Pavilion. She was a self-employed. She is preceded in death by her husband Allen Cox, daughters Donna Sunken, Judy Mathery, and brother Charles Brierly. Mrs Cox is survived by her children Kellye Mattingly (Ray), Traci Pierson, Staci Cox and Mary "Ginni" Johnson, sister in law Kathy Brierly, 16 grandchildren, 11 ½ great grandchildren, two nieces and two nephews. Funeral Service will be 11am Friday at Hardy-Close Funeral Home with burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Ms. Bobbi Robb officiating. Visitation will be 1 - 8 pm Thursday and after 9am Friday.
