He was preceded in death by his parents Billie and Ethel Smith as well as his step-father, Alvin Smith.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Makayla Smith, Damien Smith, Michael Smith and Christopher Smith; brother, Lee Smith; sisters, Cheryl Puckett and Regina Bise and a host of other family and friends. Family and friends may pay their respects from 4 pm until 7 pm on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Hardy-Close Funeral Home.
Memorial service will be conducted at 7 pm on Sunday, December 18, 2022 in the chapel at Hardy-Close Funeral Home, 285 S. Buckman Street in Shepherdsville.
