Elsie Bell Stewart

   Elsie Bell Stewart, age 94 of Hillview, returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, February 21, 2021 with loving family by her side. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Christine Patton; son, Charles Stewart, Jr.; a set of twins; son, Douglas Stewart; daughter, Juanita Stewart; son, David Stewart; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and 6 brothers and sisters.

   She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Charlene Bass; son, Tommy Stewart (Paula); daughter, Cheryl Lynn Stewart (Bo); son, Richard Stewart (Lisa); daughters, Shelly Stewart (Greg) and Sherry Angell (Joe Pat); sons, Dwight Stewart (Nancy) and Dwayne Stewart (Robin); many grandchildren, great-grand children, great-great grandchildren; special sister, Marie Newman and a host of family and friends.

   Funeral service will be conducted at 12 pm on Friday, February 26, 2021 at Hardy-Close Funeral Home, 285 S. Buckman Street in Shepherdsville with burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Louisville, Kentucky.  Friends may pay their respects on Thursday, February 25, 2021 from 1 pm until 8 pm and on Friday, February 26, 2021 from 9 a.m. until time of service at Hardy-Close Funeral Home.
