Gerald Lee Gardner Jr., age 60 of Shepherdsville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, October 14, 2021. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack and Jane Gardner and John Henry and Lucile Kirk. Gerald enjoyed Nascar races, fishing, hunting and time with his family.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Terry Gardner; his son; Kyle Lee Gardner Sr. (Kristen); his parents, Gerald Lee Gardner Sr. and Barbara Gardner; his siblings, Janine Bruner (Troy) and Mark Gardner (Diane) and his grandson, Kyle Lee Gardner Jr; along with a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at Noon on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Hardy-Close Funeral Home, 285 S. Buckman Street in Shepherdsville with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens. Friends may pay their respects on Tuesday from 3pm until 8 pm and Wednesday 9am until time of service.
