She is also preceded in death by her former husband, James Fisher; and her brother, Jack Siebel.
Joyce was a member of American Church of Red Nations.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Gennifer Fisher; her husband, Nighthawk Troutman; along with a host of other family and friends.
The family of Mrs. Fisher has entrusted Hardy-Close Funeral Home with cremation services. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
