Thomas P. Price Jr.

    Thomas P. Price Jr., age 80 of Shepherdsville, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, August 22, 2023. He was born in Shepherdsville, KY on Thursday, May 27, 1943, to the late Thomas Price Sr. and Vivian Walls Price.  

   He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Lois Maddox (Don), Wanda Crumbacker (Johnnie) and brother, Donald Price (Isabelle). 

   He was a member of Brooks Baptist Church and enjoyed time with his family and farming. 

   He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Dolores Price; his son, Tommy Price (Serena); his grandson, Thomas Price (Presley); his granddaughter Ariel Perkins (Josh); his great granddaughters, Chole and Micah Perkins; his great grandson, Payton Price; brother in laws, Dewey, Daryl and Randall McClearn; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends. 

   Funeral service 11 am Monday, August 28, 2023, in the chapel of Hardy-Close Funeral Home, Shepherdsville. Burial will follow at Lebanon Junction Cemetery. Visitations will be Sunday 4 pm until 8 pm and Monday 9 am until the time of service at 11 am.
