Thomas "Tom" Edmonds Sr.

   Thomas “Tom” Edmonds, Sr., age 64 of Shepherdsville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, February 10, 2022 with loving family by his side. He was preceded in death by his son, Christopher Edmonds; father, Vernon Edmonds; mother, Maudie Herrin Edmonds; twin-brother, Timothy Edmonds and brothers, Donald Wayne “Dinker” Edmonds and Vernon Ray Edmonds .

   He leaves to cherish his memory his son, T.J. Edmonds; sisters, Alice Brooks and JoAnn Nichols; grandsons, Jacob Edmonds and Hunter Edmonds; fiance’, Kathy Thomas; nephews, Jamie Thornton, David Thornton, Kevin Thornton, Andi Nichols, Derek Edmonds and Josh Edmonds; nieces Brittany Wilcher and Jennifer Bishop; step children, Sabrina Tinnell, Tonya Druin and Robin Mattingly; several step grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

   Funeral service will be conducted at 10 am on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 in the chapel at Hardy-Close Funeral Home 285 S. Buckman Street in Shepherdsville with cremation to follow. Family and friends may pay their respects from 1 pm until 8 pm on Monday, February 14, 2022 and from 9 am until 10 am on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Hardy-Close Funeral Home.
