Amber Marie Hazelwood

Ms. Amber Marie Hazelwood, age 30, of Hillview returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, October 18, 2020. Amber was born on February 23, 1990 in Louisville to Ronald Lee and Tammy Louise (Kelly) Hazelwood. Among those that preceded her in death are her maternal grandparents, Douglas and Thelma Kelly; paternal grandfather, Charles Elliott Hazelwood; and niece, Raelynn Louise Hazelwood.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Shaelyn Marie and Landen Deshawn Elliott Woodson and Jimmy Logsdon, III; parents, Ronald and Tammy Hazelwood; sisters, Amanda LaShae, Alexandra Paige and Olivia Louise Hazelwood; nieces, Summer LaShae and Autumn Sky Day, Emma Rae Brown, Ella Paige Hazelwood, Chloe and Jordan Clemons, Jr.; paternal grandmother, Maudie Marie Hazelwood; aunt, DeAnna (David) Mingus; uncle, Mike Kelly; and a host of cousins, extended family and friends.

Funeral service will be conducted at 2 pm on Saturday, October 24, 2020 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Brookland Cemetery.
