Angus Lee White

Angus Lee White, age 95, of Louisville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, June 27, 2024. Mr. White was born in Brownsville, KY on December 4, 1928, to the late Estil Calvin and Emma Renetta “Miller” White. He was a Medic in the United States Army and retired from Lorillard Tobacco Co. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Millie Dean White; daughter, Pam Holt. He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Rhonda Moore; grandchildren, Jasmin Holt, Joseph Moore and Garrett Moore; great- grandson, Maverick; and a host of other dear family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at Fairdale United Baptist Church(10098 West Manslick Rd., Fairdale) with burial to follow at Lone Hill United Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends and family may pay their respects from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) and visit on Wednesday from 10:00 am until the time of service at   the church.
