Mr. Billy Ray Parks, 66, of Louisville, KY, returned to his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, April 4, 2018. Mr. Parks enjoyed being outdoors, fishing and hot rods. He was a BBQ master and known for making delicious egg rolls.
Among those who preceded him in death include his wife, Karen Parks; parents, Ervin and Pearlene Parks and brother, Robert Parks.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his son, Anthony Parks (Melissa); grandson, Bailey Parks; brother, Jimmy Parks (Nancy) and sister, Peggy Coffey.
Memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at 5pm in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.). Friends may pay their respects on Sunday from 12pm until 5pm. www.subfuneralhome.com
