David "Puff" Griffis

Mr. David P. "Puff" Griffis, age 51, of Mount Washington, returned to his Heavenly Father on Friday, February 19, 2016. David worked in logistics for Mondi Bags, USA, and was a Master Mason at Masonic Lodge # 155. He was an ordained clergy of the University Life Church and the Kentucky State Representative of the Iron Order Motorcycle Club.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Ruth Aul (John), Martha Griffis(Dennis McKinsey), James Griffis (Cristina); mother, Barbara Kneisler Griffis, ; father and step mother, Bruce and Rebecca Griffis; sisters, Patricia Ceron, Julia Schultz(Richard), Shanna Jent; brother, Vincent Griffis(Mary); the mother of his children, Micki Griffis, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

A memorial service will be held 7 p.m. Thursday February 25, 2016 at Schoppenhorst Preston Hwy. Friends may pay their respects on Thursday from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. The family has chosen cremation.
