If you knew Dave, you know that one of his greatest gifts in life was that he never met a stranger. From the moment you met him, you were his friend, always making you feel special and that you were his favorite. A most devoted and loving husband and father, gentle, appreciative, kind, loyal, compassionate, fun-loving, and truest of its kind person. Dave enjoyed golfing, hunting, spending quality time with his family and friends, “dinking” around with projects, his 69’ SS Camaro, and the Green Bay Packers!
Dave is preceded in death by his loving Grandparents, Frank John “Jack” and Joan Elizabeth Kremzar, and Mary Catherine Hemauer (survived by Grandfather, Willard William Hemauer). His beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of his best friend and beloved wife, April Elizabeth Kremzar, married 16 years on November 12, 2005, and their three children, Aubrye Elizabeth (19), Dalan John (15), and Dawson John Kremzar (14). Dave’s wonderful, Faithful, and loving parents, Dan and Cathy Kremzar, not only brought him into this life, but also unconditionally loved and cared for him through his journey to eternal life. Dave’s sense of humor and fondest childhood memories will forever live on in the lives of his two amazing sisters and their spouses, Erin and Jeff Michel (Camryn, Jack, and Lilly), and Leanne “Little” and Chris Talbert (Uriah). Dave was blessed with love and a unique bond with his in-laws, Marcia and Brian Wenrick; brother-in-laws, Jason and Julia Wenrick (Jacob, Noah, and Raegan) and Jarod and Mari Wenrick (Makara, Jaran, and Darani). Also blessed and loved by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Dave and his family would like to express their utmost gratitude and appreciation to our family and friends for all the love and support throughout this journey. We couldn’t have gone through this without “Dave’s Army”! We also wish to extend our sincere thanks to his team at University of Louisville Hospital, Brown Cancer Center, specifically Dr. Donald Miller and Alexandra “Allie” Schaber and his caring team at Hosparus Health.
