When I think about Debbie,I remember when her and Kenny would come over to Virginias on Minors Ln and she brought her babies to play. Debbie is looking down and saying one day we will all be reuntied.  NO more pain and suffering for her. I met Debbie when they lived in Jeffersonville. We were neighbors. We both had alot in common and became friends right away. It was like we already knew each other.I remember us taking our kids on long walks downtown and by the river. I moved from Jeffersonville and lost contact with Debbie but I never forgot her,  she was a Beautiful person. My prayers go out to the family. RIP Sweetie

Though distance kept me from being able to fully get to know my Aunt Debbie; the short time I lived in Kentucky provided me the opportunity to at least learn what an amazing woman she was.  I am very thankful I had that opportunity and offer my sincere condolences to my Uncle Kenny and my cousins in their time of sorrow and reflection.

i never got to meet debra, but her mom talked about her & the kids whenever i talked to her. she loved each one of them in a special way,and was so proud of them all. debra had a rough time in her battle with cancer, but her battles are over now & shes at rest now in the arms of Jesus!

I meet you on a spring day in 1979 for only a minute you said I will see you later . I said guaranteed and I have loved you ever day since that minute till the day I die.eh

To Debra, a courageous women who fought a hard battle. Debra you are loved and I am sure when you went to heaven your mother and grandmother were waiting for you with open arms. I know your father will be there as well my thought and hope are with her family.

I know you are walking with god your mom and dad you no longer feel pain and can with ease and as happy as I am there is no more suffering I can't help but be a little selfish and want more time with you you were a wonderful mother a loving wife an outstanding nana and the most wonderful sister in law anyone could ask for and I will miss you every day until it is my time to walk beside you I love you and miss you so much already

Mommy,  I'm not really sure what to say. After the last 24 hours since you been gone, I have felt so many different emotions that I'm not really sure I have caught up to the right words.. What do you say to the person who gave you life, raised you, made me the woman I am today. What do you say mama??? I've been told I have to say good bye. I have been told to be strong. Everybody makes it sound like it's so easy, and in reality we knew this was coming mama, but how do you prepare to say good bye to the woman you love most in the world. I need you so bad right now because I think I am just messing up.  I feel like I have only added to the stress my brother's and sister's have, and it's not fair to them. What do I do mama??? Can you hear me??? I need help. I can't go at this life alone. I still need your guidance and your cuddles and lovings. And knowing I will never get that again, it hurts really bad mama. Toots said that you will be young in heaven, and you will walk on golden sidewalks and you wont hurt anymore. Do you see golden side walks mama?? My 6 year old is babying me, my 6 year old is trying to make me feel better. What do you do mama??? what do I do???. I love you with my whole heart. I will get better. We will take care of daddy. So many wonderful memories Bill & I spent with Dougie & Debbie when they were small.  The times Doug, Sr. had his Derby Day Parties at his house on Taylor Blvd. were so much fun.  Kenny kept track of all our "bets" using monopoly money.  Of course, Debbie won the cash prize (smile) for the jackpot.  So much fun playing "Dirty Uno" with Debbie, Courtney and Joyce.  We spent most of the game laughing.    Will miss Debbie very much & hope family members will stay in touch with us.  I know it is so very hard to lose someone as precious as Debbie was. One special memory is when you guys came to Florida that's when you became my very best friend and George's favorite person. We have always loved you and always will in our hearts. Mom it's been so hard to keep it together but I'm trying the best I can the bond we shared was a lot different then the average INLAW relationship watching the girls get their dresses today was even harder they made sure mommy would approve but I know u approved of anything for them the are still beautiful in rags and your boys handsome as ever and I not need to say about dad he will b a fox I know the days ahead will b our test just know I will b there to catch them if they need me!!! And thank you for creating this beautiful family u have shared with me I'm more then honored to b a Jackson proud of my name and my children carry the name on you made my that way I love and miss u dearly
