Among those who preceded her in death include, her husband, Johnny Collins; son, Johnny Collins Jr.; fiancé, Bud Johns and parents, Sanford and Mary Jane Thomas.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters, Connie Bramblett (Keath) and Niki Fellhauer; grandchildren, Kayla Keown (Austen) and Jeremy Wilcher (Lyndsey); great grandchildren, Ava, Isaac and Ciara; siblings, Mary Ann, Pat, Mike, Eddie, Elaine, Rita, Chris, Teresa and Anthony and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at Fairdale United Baptist Church (10098 West Manslick Rd.) Friends and family may pay their respects on Saturday from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) and on Sunday from 10:00 am until the time of service at the church. Burial will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, July 25, 2016 in Zachary Taylor National Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the funeral home.
