Mrs. Elzy was born April 19, 1928 in Bullitt County, Kentucky and was a lifelong homemaker. She was a member of Hebron Lane Church of Christ.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Sol Thomas Elzy; parents, John Bolin and Lorene Ray Bolin and several brothers and sisters.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Paul Elzy and daughter-in-law, Sherry Roten Elzy; grandson, Scotty Elzy and Nick Roten and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held on Monday at 6:00 pm in the chapel of Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd) with cremation to follow. Friends may pay their respects on Monday from 12:00 pm until the time of service at the funeral home.www.subfuneralhome.com
