

Edward Thornton Livers was born April 11th, 1946 to the late Ed Lee and Mary Lou Livers of Fairfield, KY. He was the oldest of 4 children. He accepted Christ at an early age at the Mt. Zion Missionary (Damp Branch) Baptist Church.
Ed (Punchie) was raised in Fairfield, KY. He attended Fairfield and Eli Brown Elementary School. He graduated from Bloomington High School where he excelled in basketball. He continued his education at Kentucky State University in Frankfort, KY.
He was known as a great storyteller and never met a stranger. In his earlier years he loved riding his motorcycle and he was a great admirer of all cars.
The man that was known to have a big heart, that same heart gave out on him Sunday, March 15, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Peggy Livers Olive.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 33 years, Pam Kreutzer Livers; daughters, Willa (Doug) White, Monica (Steve) Beasley; sons, Rev. Gene (Wanda) Livers, Christopher (Chelsea) Livers; 2 step-sons, Brian (Tamara) Seadler and Robert Seadler; sister, Carolyn Livers; brother, Jerry Livers; 8 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. He also leaves behind a great group of friends “The Breakfast Bunch”
Funeral service will be held at 4:00 pm on Friday, March 20, 2020 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with cremation to follow. Friends and family may pay their respects on Friday from 1:00 pm until the time of service at the funeral home.
