Gregory "Greg" Dale Roberts Jr.

     Mr. Gregory “Greg” Dale Roberts Jr., also known as “Little Greg” age 45, of Shepherdsville, KY returned to his heavenly father on Monday, December 5, 2022. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on Monday, August 29, 1977. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William R. Roberts, Paul Robert Hayes and Verlie June Hayes.    

    Greg was the owner and operator of GDR Automotive in Shepherdsville. He enjoyed fishing, going to Nolin Lake, playing trivia games, watching his favorite football teams, the 49ers and the Louisville Cardinals. He also enjoyed his mommas cooking and time with his children and grandchildren.

    He leaves to cherish his memory, his parents, Gregory Dale Roberts Sr., and Gloria Marie Hayes-Roberts; his son, Dakota William Paul Roberts (Allison) and daughter, Whitney O’Brien; his siblings, Laura Ansert (Jimmy) and Brittany Druin (Robert); his grandchildren, Remington Lee Roberts, Westin Dale Roberts and Paxton William Roberts; his grandmother, Arlene Roberts; his nieces and nephews, Lauren, Alexis, Savannah, Brooklyn, Malorie, Aiden and Jay’lonni; his faithful companion, his dog, Zeus; along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

    Funeral service will be conducted at 2pm on Saturday, December 10, 2022, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Friends and family may pay their respects on Friday from 2pm until 8pm and on Saturday 10am until time of service at 2pm.
