Howard Terry

Age 94, of Mount Washington, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2022. He was born on February 2, 1928 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late David and Agnes Terry. Mr. Terry was retired from the Louisville Air Board where he maintained the grounds after 32 years of service. He was also a farmer in Mount Washington. Mr. Terry is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Evelyn Terry; daughter, Judith Miller; and sister, Margaret Meredith.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his son, Larry Terry (Carolyn); grandchildren, Laura Terry, Candy May (Russell), Terry Miller and Michael Miller (Shannah); 6 great grandchildren including his two favorite great grandsons, Jesse and Joseph Terry; and a great great grandson.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 12:00pm Noon in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (123 Winning Colors Drive) with burial to follow at Penn Run Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Friday, June 24 , 2022 from 3:00pm until 8:00pm and again on Saturday from 10:00am until the time of service at 12:00pm Noon.
