James Pace

Mr. James Pace, age 89, of New Haven, returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday, November 14, 2016. Mr. Pace was born December 20, 1926 to the late Fredrick and Lillian Pace. Mr. Pace was a machinist for Derby Cone Company which makes ice cream cones.

Among those who preceded him in death include his wife, Joan Pace; and his son, John Raymond Pace.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Darlene Carroll (Nathan), James Larry Pace, Dana Jauregui (Don) and Gary Pace; grandchildren, Sherry (Wes), Scott (Maria), Darren, Lorrie, Johnny, Kim, Robert, Marisa and Macey; great grandchildren, Lauren (Sean), Jayden, Cameron, Mackenzie, James, Makyala, Jalen, Selena, Brandon, Dylan, Keith, Little Gene, Kayla and Matt; great- great grandchildren, Sophia, Jacklynn, Noah, Dixie and Daisy and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, November 19, 2016 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with interment at Evergreen Cemetery. Friends and family may pay their respects on Friday from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home.
