Mr. Mallon was the greens keeper for Dolphin Island Golf Course.
Among those that preceded him in death include his mother and grandparents.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Pam Mallon; children, Andy J Mallon, Misty Lynn McDonough; brothers, Darryl Mallon, Charles Mallon, Jimmy Mallon; and mother-in-law, Margie Gentry.
Funeral service will be conducted at 12:00pm on Friday March 18, 2016 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood, and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy, at Brooks Rd) with burial at Highland Memory Gardens.
