John Edward Miles

Mr. Miles was born May 12, 1941 in Loretto, Kentucky and was owner of Country Creek Stone.

Among those who preceded him in death include, his wife, Shirley Fay Miles; parents, Joseph and Molly Miles, Sr.; 5 sisters and 3 brothers.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Donna Thomas (Johnny), John Miles, Jr. (Jeannie), Annette Morgan (Mike Collier), Mark Miles and Teresa Peals; 15 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 2 sisters; 2 brothers; lifelong friend, Kenny Krull (Sandy) and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd.) with burial in Bethany Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Thursday from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Friday from 10:00 am until the time of service at Schoppenhorst.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family of Mr. Miles.
