Lometta Eva French

Mrs. Lometta “Avalon” Eva French, age 80, of La Feria, TX returned to her Heavenly Father on October 1, 2019. Mrs. French was born in Horse Ranch, KY on November 3, 1938. She is preceded in death by her parents, Claudie and Myrtle Hayse; siblings, Loretta Carby, David Hayse and Danny Hayse; spouse, Antonio Aranyin. She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Kenny French; nieces and nephews, Danny Hayse (Christy), Monica Smith (Gary), Tammy Eldridge, Marsha Mabon, Todd Carby (Debbie), Karen Hayse (David), David  Wayne Hayse, Bruce Hayse, and Romona Wilbanks; and a host of other dear family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday, October 11, 2019 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Thursday from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Friday from 10:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
