Loretta Marie Basham

Miss Loretta Marie Basham, age 44, of Fairdale returned to her Heavenly Father on July 4, 2021. Miss Basham was a 1998 graduate of North Bullitt High School. She loved her family, watching the kids play next door, and dogs. Among those that preceded her in death are her grandparents, Mary and Charlie Basham; and father, Danny Houchens, Sr.

She leaves to cherish her memory her mother and stepfather, Lydia and Earnest Aldridge; stepmom, Debbie Houchens; sister, Angela Renee Houchens; brothers, Danny Houchens, Jr. (Stephanie) and Larry Morris (Jessica); nieces, Brooklyn Morris, Lacie Houchens, Alexis Nalley, Kaitlyn Nalley, and Hannah Ballard; nephew, Patrick Nalley; cousin, Jimmy Lee Elliott; and many cousins, aunts and uncles who loved her dearly.

Funeral service will be conducted at 6 pm on Friday, July 9, 2021 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with cremation to follow.
