Peggy Ann Mudd

Mrs. Peggy Ann Mudd, age 66, of Louisville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. Mrs. Mudd was born in Louisville, KY on November 24, 1955 to the late Melvin Kemp and Catherine Kemp. She was a dedicated EKG technician for Suburban and Audubon Hospital.

In addition to her parents, her brothers, Michael Kemp and Dennis Kemp preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband, William “Fred” Mudd; children, Sarah Hammond (Ernest) and William Mudd, Jr. (Freddie); grandchildren, Courtney Mudd, Tyler Mudd, Isabelle  Phipps, Brock Phipps, Catherine Mudd and Ameillia Mudd; great-grandchildren, Carter Johnson and Carson Johnson; siblings, Kathy Duckwall and Billy Kemp and a host of other dear family and friends.

Memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm on Sunday, March 13, 2022 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) Family and friends may pay their respects on Sunday from 4:00 pm until the time of her service at 6:00 pm.
