Phyllis Hansen

Phyllis Hansen age 75 of Ashland, Kentucky was born April 17, 1938 to the late Bert and Amy Terry McIntyre and returned to her Heavenly Father October 7, 2013. Mrs. Hansen was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5710 hair dresser and a loving homemaker.

Among those who preceded her in death include her parents; husband, Merrill Dean Hansen Sr., brother, Bob McIntyre and a granddaughter, Dawn Renee Sanders.

She leaves to cherish her memory her loving children, Rita Terrill (Kenneth), Terry Lewis (David), Roxana Barger (Jeff), Mary Hansen, Merrill Hansen Jr. and Patti Hansen; siblings, Dottie Sineath, Clara Ruth Johnson, Bill McIntyre, Connie Waugh, Fred McIntyre, Bert McIntyre, Nora Reynolds, Kay Griswald, Pat Conley and Eddie McIntyre; 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held 7:30 P.M. Wednesday at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Kentucky Veterans Central Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects from 12 P.M. until 7:30 P.M. Wednesday at Schoppenhorst.
