Resa Jane Garcia

Mrs. Resa Jane Garcia, age 68, of Louisville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, June 25, 2019. Mrs. Garcia was born in Louisville, KY on April 17, 1951 to the late Dale J. Mobley and Anna Mears Calvert. She was a member of St. Rita Catholic Church.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 20 years, Jose Garcia; her sons, David Watson, Brian Mobley, Sr. (Debbie) and James Mobley (Christy); 4 grandchildren, Hannah, Hailey, Brian Jr. and April; great-grandchildren, Savaeh Karleya and Cherish Marie; brother, Petey Mobley; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other dear family and friends.

Friends and family may pay their respects on Friday, June 28, 2019 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at St. Rita Catholic Church (8709 Preston Hwy., Louisville). Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at the church with cremation to follow. Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) is handling arrangements.
