Mr. Richard “Rick” Lee Simone, age 73, of Shepherdsville, KY returned to his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, September 27, 2022. Mr. Simone was born in Cincinnati, OH on October 12, 1948. He retired from Cummins Inc., attended Shepherdsville Christian Church and a United States Navy Veteran.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Jeannie Simone; children, Ricky Simone, Sabrina Crafton (Adam), Melissa Swigart (Jason) and Vicki Simone; grandchildren, Alex, Jaxon and Natalie and a host of other dear family and friends.
Committal service and burial will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery (1415 N. Gate Rd., Madison, IN).
Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) is handling arrangements.
