Robert Dale Lewis age 72, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, October 7, 2021. Robert was born in Louisville, Kentucky on August 24, 1949, to Robert Edward and Edith Miles Lewis, he was retired from Phillip Morris. He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter; Beth Feldhoff (Darrell); sons, Kevin Lewis (Marilee) and Daniel Lewis (Lindsay); sister Bonnie Thompson; grandchildren, Abigail, Logan, Everett, Ruby, Bradley, Brayden, Brendan and Drew. Memorial service will be held at 6 pm on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with cremation to follow. Friends and Family may pay their respects on Wednesday from 12 pm until time of service at the funeral home.
