Ruby Laverne Hardin

Ruby Laverne Hardin, age 84, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, January 24, 2021.  Ruby was born in Louisville, Kentucky on May 29, 1936 to the late Tommy and Alma “Wheeler” Harris. She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Hardin and parents; and siblings, Jean Perry, Beulah Goodman, Virginia Bumgardner, Bonnie Lutteral, Belinda Burk, and Thomas Harris. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Farrell Hardin (Michelle), Robert Hardin (Debra), Pamela Arnold (Timothy), and Angela Bird (Timothy); 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 12pm on Thursday, January 28, 2021 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial at Evergreen Cemetery. Friends and Family may pay their respects on Wednesday from 1pm until 8pm and on Thursday from 9am time of service at the funeral home.
