Shirley Ann Waters, 78, of Pioneer Village, returned to her Heavenly Father on Saturday, October 1, 2016. Mrs. Waters was a member of Little Flock Baptist Church. Among those that preceded her in death include her parents, William and Laverne Swartz. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Garrett Waters; children, Russell Waters, Peggy Mills; grandchildren, Aaron Waters, Danielle Waters, Lauren Waters, Scott Mills, Ryan Mills; great-grandchildren, Aiden Mills, Emma Waters, Isaiah Kihnley; brother, Donald Swartz; and sister, Bonnie Wood.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at 7:00pm in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood, & Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.). Friends may pay their respects on Thursday, October 6, 2016 from 1:00pm until time of service. www.subfuneralhome.com.
