Ms. Spears was born December 22, 1967 in Louisville and had a great love for animals, antiques and hiking.
She is preceded in death by her father, Robert H. Spears.
She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Mary Spears; brothers, James Spears (Debbie) and Mark Spears (Cindy); 6 nieces; a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends and canine companion, Maverick.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 5:00 pm in the chapel of Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home, Mt. Washington (Hwy 44 east one mile from Bardstown Rd.) where friends may pay their respects from 3:30 pm until the time of service. Burial will take place at 10:00 am on Friday, May 5, 2017 at Highland Memory Gardens in Mt. Washington.
