Ms. Smith was a graduate of Southern High School, JCC and was an artist and photographer.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Sequioa Marina Smith; parents, Harold and Lou Anna Hampton; sister, Melinda Crawley (Nathan); niece and nephew, Joshua Crawley (Larisa) and Breanna "Breezy" Crawley; great nephew, Jude Crawley; special family friends, Beatrice "Bea" Crawford, Lance Lawrence, Trey Burkett, Kris Smith, Melanie Bullock, Katie Whitaker and Tyler Hilton.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday in the chapel of Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd.) with cremation to follow. Friends may pay their respects on Friday from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Schoppenhorst.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to Juvenile Diabetes and the Kentucky Humane Society.
