Terry was born on January 23, 1959, in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Walker and Esther (McFarland) Foley. After graduating from Moore High School, he attended the University of Louisville. He was a member of Parkland Baptist Church and a former member of Harmony Baptist Church. Terry was the pianist/organist at Parkland Baptist Church, a position he held for more than 30 years, which he loved dearly and was dearly loved. All were blessed to hear him play.
One of Terry’s greatest joys was spending time with his family. He loved each one of them greatly. He was a faithful fan of the University of Louisville, always proud to be a “Cardinal”.
Terry was predeceased by his parents, Walker and Esther Foley; siblings, Sandra Williams, Eddie Foley, and Connie Steele and brother-in-law, Ted Williams.
Terry is survived by his loving girlfriend of many years, Suzanne Wilkerson; nieces, Shannon Skaggs (Dave) and Megan Wood (Tim); nephews, Ryan Foley (Amy), Jimmy Steele (Jennifer), and Keith Williams (Meredith); great-nieces, Nora Steele, Sophia Williams, Samantha Wood, Ally Richardson, and Abby Richardson; great-nephews, Liam Foley, Collin Skaggs, Cyrus Williams, and Jonathan Wood; brother-at-heart, Matt Dillon and a host of other family and friends.
