Thelma P. Smith age 87 was born September 24, 1926 to the late Allen B. and Pearl Rogers Poulter and returned to her Heavenly Father June 20, 2014. Mrs. Smith was a retired bookkeeper for Fall City Mutual Insurance Company.
Among those who preceded her in death include her husband, Roy C. Smith; daughter, Sandra D. Garrard; infant son; grandchild, Sara Jo Garrard and her parents.
She leaves to cherish her memory her granddaughter, Amy Garrard; great grandchild, Trey Lakes; great-great grandchildren, Aaliyah Rae and Jaxon Joe Curtsinger; son in law, David Jarrard; a host of other family and friends.
Memorial service will be held 7 P.M. Wednesday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks (Preston Highway at Brooks Road). Friends may pay their respects from 5:30 P.M. until 7 P.M. Wednesday at Schoppenhorst.
