Thomas E. Logsdon

Mr. Thomas E. Logsdon, age 81, of Mt. Washington returned to his Heavenly Father on May 14, 2016. Mr. Logsdon was a retired masonary. Mr. Logsdon was a member of the Gospel of Jesus Christ Church, a mason with Aurora Masonic Lodge #633 and a National Guard veteran. Among those that preceded him in death include his wife, Ethel Wolf Logsdon; parents, Clifford and Catherine Logsdon; sister, Sally Greenwell; and brothers, Danny, Carl and Marshall Logsdon and Howard Sheldon. He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Ruth Ray, Mark Logsdon, Candace McCoy (Gerald) and Nancy Fuller (John); six grandchildren, Kimberly Machtolff, Kelly and Shelly Logsdon, Brandon McCoy, Douglas McCoy and Micah Alvey; six great-grandchildren; brother, Gerald Logsdon; sister, Sandra Stillwell; his special friend, Dottie Pollett; and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be conducted at noon on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Evergreen Cemetery.
