Vicki Darlene Ware

Vicki Darlene Ware, age 70, of Mount Washington, Kentucky, returned to her Heavenly Father on Thursday, August 10, 2023. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Joseph and Marlene Carrier on October 11, 1952. Mrs. Ware worked as an assembler technician at General Electric until her retirement. She was a member at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness- Cedar Creek Hall. Mrs. Ware is preceded in death by her parents; son, Craig Kelly; brother, Joseph Carrier, Jr.; and brother-in-law, Kenny Harper.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Autis Lee Ware; son, Kerry Kelly; grandchildren, Breezy Kelly, Matthew Nally, Alexis Horning, Nicholas Horning; brother, Kelly Carrier (Veronica); sisters, Denise Carrier (Steve), Melinda Harper; brother, Shawn Carrier (Kim); and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at 12:00 pm Noon in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd) with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm and again on Wednesday from 10:00 am until the service at 12:00 pm Noon.
