Aaron proudly spent 23 years serving his country in the United States Air Force before retiring as a Master Sergeant. He was truly dedicated to his country and had an unwavering work ethic. He then retired after working for 30 years at Willis Knighton in the Maintenance Department. He found his greatest joy being surrounded by his family and friends. He was a devoted husband, a loving father, a proud grandfather and wonderful great grandfather.
He passed away peacefully at his home in Shreveport, Louisiana on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at the age of 87. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Buford Creamer, Tommy Creamer and Jake Creamer, and two sisters, Sarah Burgess and Eva Padgett.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of over 64 years, Barbara Asseff Creamer; daughter Lisa Bamburg; son, Rick Creamer (Joy); five grandchildren, Erin Murphy, Jason Murphy, Matthew Creamer (Jess), Lauren Thomson (Scott), and Dustin Sherrill; two bonus grandchildren, Ellen Pedeaux (Sean) and Kathryn Dean; six great grandsons, Kindlin Murphy, Lincoln Thomson, Nolan Thomson, Levi Creamer, Walker Pedeaux, and Reid Pedeaux; brother-in-law, John Asseff; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Aaron will be held Friday, May 30, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, LA 71108, followed by a celebration of life at 3:00 PM. He will be laid to rest in Centuries Memorial Park with Air Force Honors.
