Ann was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. She graduated from Woodlawn H. S. in 1965. She married Wayne Morgan February 22, 1974. She worked for the Grant’s Store on Mansfield Road, and moved to JC Penny when South Park Mall opened. After almost ten years there she moved on to work in the construction business 18 years at the A.G.C. and around five years at Brown Builders.
After her many surgeries she went to work at Lifeshare Blood Center for the past 6 years. She loved her job at the center and always tried to treat each donor with the respect they deserved.
Ann loved the Lord Jesus and she was an example of that in the life she lived. One time she came home on a cold day without her coat on. When asked where it was, she said that she saw a lady at a bus stop who didn’t have a coat so she stopped and gave the lady her coat. She was strong in spiritual warfare and a great encourager to those who were having difficulties.
Ann was a member of Summer Grove Baptist Church and the Bill Long SS Class.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Helen and William Campbell, brothers, Larry Campbell and Don Brumfield; and a sister, Nola Brumfield. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Wayne Morgan; children, Melissa, T.C. (Elva) and Marie; grandchildren, Savannah, Austin, Victoria and Hannah; sister Billie Campbell Tipton (Charles); a sister-in-law, Fran Brumfield; and several other relatives and friends.
