Billy D. McSwain

Billy D. McSwain of Princeton, Louisiana passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 in Bossier City, Louisiana at the age of 90. He was born October 29, 1931 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Ocie and Luna Ozettia McSwain.

Billy proudly served in the United States Navy before his career as a contractor. He enjoyed fishing and RVing but his passion was cars. He loved his Fords.

Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Marcy K. Hohnemann and husband, Pete; Joann McSwain and her family; nieces, Cheri Stalling and Sara Gray and their families; along with his friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Brenton Hohnemann; sister, Ozelle Shinn and niece, Vickie Lee Shinn.

A celebration of life for Billy will be held Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 10:00 AM. He will be laid to rest in Centuries Memorial Park, 8801 Mansfield Rd, Shreveport, LA.
