Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Saturday at Summer Grove Baptist Church.
Scot was born on October 28, 1961 in New Orleans, LA to Theodore and Frances Falcon and passed away on June 14, 2016 in Shreveport, LA. He graduated from The American School of Aberdeen in Scotland and he earned a Masters of Business Administration from Nicholls State University. Scot worked various jobs throughout his career. He especially enjoyed coaching and being with his children at Calvary Baptist Academy. Mr. Falcon was a servant at heart and his work ethics reflected that mentality. Scot had a rare gift to connect with others especially children. He made everyone feel better when he was present. His natural ability to make others laugh will be greatly missed. Scot enjoyed most all sports and was an athlete himself in every way. He would tirelessly compete at any game especially soccer. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.
Scot was preceded in death by his father whom I’m sure welcomed him with open arms.
Scot leaves precious memories to be cherished by his wife, Lisa Falcon; five beautiful children who were the loves of his life: Leighton, Chandler, and Lane Falcon, and Zach and Dianna Fort; his mother, Frances Falcon and 4 devoted sisters: Lisa Rodriguez and husband, Nelson; Janet Cotton and husband Ray; Michelle Falcon, and Kristy Irvine and husband, Brett. Scot also had many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, as well as, numerous friends that he held dear.
Scot was content with the simple things in life, never complaining about life’s challenges. He was devoted to his family and his greatest pleasure was to make others smile. He was a man of strong faith, believing in the power and strength of Jesus Christ’s love and the peace that awaited him after his passing. We shall see you again Coach Falcon.
