Clarence "CJ" Bryant

Mr. Clarence Bryant, Sr. was born on November 28, 1948 to the late Mr. Evans Bryant, Sr. and Mrs. Hattie Himes Bryant. He was on of nineteen children.

He accepted Christ at an early age. He attended From Bondage to Freedom under the leadership of Apostle Cornell Hamilton for a short period of time. He also attended various other churches.

After battling lengthy illness, Mr. Bryant was called home at Willis-Knighton South. He is preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Johnnie F. Bryant; one son, Mr. Clarence Bryant, Jr.; his parents, Mr. Evans Bryant, Sr. and Mrs. Hattie H. Bryant; two sisters, Camille Jones and Lorene Scott; five brothers, Earnest Bryant, Willie Bryant, Jack Bryant, James Bryant, Amos Bryant, and Evans Bryant, Jr.

Mr. Bryant (Uncle C.J.) leaves to cherish his memories three daughters, Kathy Bryant, Dayna Smith (Taurus), and Tameka Bryant; two sons, Barry Bryant and Anthony Bryant; all of Shreveport, LA; three sisters, Mrs. Roberta Drain, Mrs. Shirley Simpson, and Mrs. Mary Ratcliff (Joseph); fifteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
