Mr. Jose Ricardo Argueta Jr.

Shreveport, LA- Funeral services celebrating the life of Jose "Rick" Ricardo Argueta, Jr., 43, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 29, 2016 in the chapel of Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. Officiating will be Pastor David Daniel. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home.

Mr. Argueta was born on April 28, 1972 and passed away suddenly on April 20, 2016. Rick's contribution to life includes many adventures and life stages. Rick was a "Larger than Life" father, husband and role model to his family and friends. Rick served in the military after high school as a tank operator during the Gulf War Campaign. He received multiple medals and commendations for his bravery, loyalty and commitment while serving in the U.S. Army. Following his military service Rick attained his dream job with the ASA as a Lead Mechanic and worked his way up to Manager of Maintenance with ExpressJet Airlines at the Shreveport Base.

Left to cherish beautiful memories of Rick is his wife, Jessica Argueta; two children, Sean and Jade Argueta; mother, Maria Cardennas; sister, Yani Argueta; two brothers, Carlos and Daniel Cardennas; mother in law, Rita Kinnard; sister in law, Vickie Kinnard and three nephews, Joseph Paul Harper, Jr., Ryan Argueta Laguna and Maximus Argueta Melgar.

Rick was loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
