Lamar was preceded in death by his parents, Lamar T. Watts and Ruth Harris Watts; and his cousin, Walter E. Watts, Jr. He is survived by his cousins, Rosemary Watts, Catherine Watts Mitton, Carroll Watts Neal, Elizabeth Watts Thomas, Michael Watts and Ed Watts.
Lamar had a sweet, gentle spirit and will be remembered for his easy smile, big heart, and his red bicycle. After graduating from Byrd High School, he worked at the ARC of Caddo/Bossier until his retirement in 2002. He loved visiting his friends at Leone’s Shoe Repair and the Bank Barbershop.
A special thank you to Dick Whittington, Valerie Ogletree, Beth Wilt, Janet Michaels, the staff at the ARC, and the staff at Heritage Manor Stratmore for always being so good and kind to Lamar.
We will miss you Lamar.
