Floyd Ronald Clark - The struggle is over, the race is finished, and his wings have been earned. Floyd "Ron" Clark, 74, is no longer suffering the many health problems he was faced with on this earth. He passed quietly from this life into the open arms of Our Heavenly Father at Heaven's gates on August 16, 2018.
Ron was a very gentle, loving man, who earned the trust and respect of all who got to know him. He was quick to offer his assistance to those in need, and would give anyone the shirt right off his back if he felt they needed it more than he did. At the same time, Ron never let people run over him and would respond with quick wit if backed into a corner. He was known for "blowing the whistle" when persistent sales people would call and not take "NO" for an answer. (That whistle sat beside his favorite chair for years!)
Ron suffered through several illnesses in his life that few men would have survived. Most thought it was his stubborn hard-headed nature, but he always insisted that it was because he was just so sweet.
He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Carol; his mother, Opal Clark; his sister, Amelia Woods and husband Will; a daughter Carla Naylor and husband Chris; grandsons Mychael Naylor and wife Jamie, and Mytchell Naylor; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Ron had three children, Geoff, Lorne and Gwenn, who he always loved until his last breath. Sometimes "LIFE" gets in the way and sometimes the "HURT" is here to stay...
