Syble Lucille Davis Hermes, of Shreveport, Louisiana passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021 at the age of 95. She was born December 24, 1925 in El Dorado, Arkansas to Marty Davis and Lucy Elliott Davis.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Patricia Daugherty and husband Michael; grandsons, Jessie James Daugherty, John Michael Daugherty, David Wayne Daugherty; granddaughter, Chelsea Panther; nephew, Paul Taylor; numerous great grandchildren and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Hermes; daughter, Deborah Taylor; and her parents.
A visitation for Syble Lucille Davis will be held Saturday, January 9, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield Rd, Shreveport, Louisiana 71108. A graveside service will occur Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 10:00 AM, 8801 Mansfield Rd, Shreveport, Louisiana 71108.
