Virginia Lee North Gentry was born in Kansas City, MO, Her parents were Catherine Mall and Howard North. She went to be with her Lord January 30 at her home.
Mrs. Gentry had served in the US Air Force. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Bruce in 1996. She is survived by her daughter, Katherine Crouch and husband John; sons, Tom Gentry and wife Donna and Mike Gentry and wife Tina; grandchildren, Christy McNulty and husband George, Stephen Gentry, Caleb Gentry, Ryan Sanders, and Cameron Sanders; great-grandchildren, Stephen Gentry, Austin Gentry, and Sierra Gentry; a sister, Pat Darby, other relatives and friends.
A service will be held Thursday, February 2, 2017, 2:00 PM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, Shreveport, LA. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday from 5 until 7 PM at the funeral home.
