Barbara Jane Fox, 71, of Sikeston, died August 20, 2016, at her home. Born September 29, 1944, in Kennett, to the late Benjamin and Bessie Lee Moore Smith, she was a homemaker. On May 30, 1964, in Kennett, she married Gary Lee Fox, who preceded her in death on January 16, 2015.
Five brothers also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: one daughter, Sherry Fox of Sikeston; one brother, Harold Smith of the state of South Carolina; one sister, Ada Jean Kirby of Kennett; one granddaughter, Tori Dunn of Sikeston; and one great grandson, Conner Gordon of Sikeston.
Nunnelee Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. No public services are scheduled.
