David "Dave" Lane

He was born December 1, 1941 in Cape Girardeau, MO. to the late Merrill and Maybelle Anderson Lane.

He was a heavy equipment operator of Local 513 until retiring after 35 years. He was a member of the Aeries Eagles Club in New Madrid, Mo. and the Big Prairie Jaycees in Matthews, MO.

On June 15, 1963 in Chaffee, MO. he married Ellen Leible Lane, who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: four daughters and four sons-in-law, Karen and Lynn Sullenger of Marston, MO., Kim and Mark Hinton of Bloomfield, MO, Kathy and Rick Williams of Wichita, KS., and Krystal and Walter Campbell of Canalou, MO.; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; one brother and sister-in-law, Donald Rex and Marie Williams of Chaffee, MO.; one fur baby, Angel and numerous friends.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by, one brother Dennis C Lane.

A celebration of his life will be held Saturday February 3, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at the Big Prairie Jaycees in Matthews, MO. A private interment will be held at a later date.
