

She was born on September 2, 1948 in East Prairie, MO. to the late Fred and Nola Roach Taylor.
On July 25, 1986 in Sikeston, MO. she married Paul Luber who survives of the home in Sikeston, MO.
Dean was a founding member of New Beginnings Fellowship Church in Miner, MO.; she was a member of the Eagles Ladies Auxiliary in Sikeston, MO. where she served as past President.
In addition to her husband she is survived by one son, Todd (Kim) Sterling of Sikeston, MO.; two sisters, Loretta Jean (Tom) Baker of Lewistown, MO. and Ann (Mike) Newton of Miner, MO. and many nephews and nieces.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her step-father, Eddie Smith; two brothers, Everett Taylor and Frank Taylor; five sisters, Pearl Tinnon, Jewell Doughty, Ollie Horton, Lola Stroud and Ruth Cantrell.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at New Beginnings Fellowship Church in Miner, MO. Bro. Thomas Smotherman, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, MO. with military honors.
